What is processed and why

Contact permission and withdrawal
Contact details are used to understand and respond to the enquiry you choose to send, not to add you to a marketing list. Preparing a draft does not send anything. Before sending, you can edit or discard it. After sending, email the privacy contact to withdraw permission for further optional use or request deletion. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed or remove records that must be retained under an applicable legal obligation.
Tool use does not require contact permission or an account. Do not send Aadhaar numbers, passwords, payment information, medical details or another person’s confidential information through the form. No advertising, analytics, account registration or marketing-cookie integration is included in the current application.
Access, correction, erasure and grievances
Email 1019nayank@gmail.com with “OurJS privacy request” and tell me whether you need information about processing, correction, erasure, withdrawal, nomination assistance or a grievance response. Include only enough context to find the relevant enquiry. Do not send identity documents in the first message. Proportionate identity checks may be needed before disclosing or changing someone’s data.
Requests are handled by the site operator through email; deletion and grievance responses are not automatic. The response target for straightforward requests is 30 days, and the published period for resolving a grievance is up to 90 days from receipt. If verification or a legal restriction affects a request, the operator will explain the next step. Any available statutory complaint mechanism depends on applicable law and its commencement. You may request this notice or assistance in Hindi through the same address.

Retention and service providers
Tool inputs remain in the page’s memory and are not persisted by the application. Closing or reloading a page normally removes that application state; your browser, extensions, clipboard and downloaded files may keep their own copies. The motion preference remains until you change or remove it or clear browser storage.
Sent enquiries, mailbox backups and hosting records are controlled outside this static application. Relevant correspondence is retained to answer and follow up on an enquiry and where a legal obligation or dispute requires it. Ask for deletion when the purpose is complete. The operator must review provider retention settings and remove data that is no longer needed; no automatic mailbox deletion period is represented here.
Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services, potentially in locations determined by their configurations. This notice does not claim that all records remain in India. The operator must review those arrangements, security safeguards and applicable transfer requirements before changing providers or adding data collection.
Children and external services
The public tools can be used without submitting contact details. OurJS does not offer child accounts, behavioral advertising or a children’s profiling service. If you are under 18, avoid sending personal information through the enquiry form and ask a parent or guardian to contact the operator if assistance is needed. A verifiable parental-permission process must be established before introducing a service that requires children’s personal data.
External project links open the other service only when you choose to follow them. Its policies apply there. No third-party project page, tracking pixel or verification widget is embedded into this privacy page.
Your browser preference
The motion control saves one preference on this device when you choose it. It is not an advertising identifier. Tool inputs are not saved by this application.
This removes only the OurJS motion setting. It does not clear your clipboard, downloads, email, browser history or another website’s data.
Privacy readiness and changes
This notice and the controls describe this site’s actual design. India’s DPDP framework has phased commencement; this page is not a certification of legal compliance. The operator must maintain the request process, provider controls and incident response as relevant provisions take effect. Material changes to data use require an updated notice and any necessary permission before that use begins.
